With all software? I'd say no less then $700. With monitor, you should be able to fetch $900 or more with a rig like that.

Yeah, I would agree with that. How long have you been overclocking your cpu? I know quite a handful of people that would prefer to buy a CPU that hasn't been overclocked for an extended period of time (including myself).

700$ or less, as there's only a 80GB HDD and the proc sell now for 100$, GFX card 150$ top, and AGP mobo.... It's getting in the vintage league. No SATA, no dual DDR.... micro ATX..... Blah.... Take a chance.

I wouldn't hope for much.

yea i wanna get rid of it quick, before the new tech comes. i may just have to rip sum n00b off when the time comes . but this is what i wanna upgrade to:

opty 144 CAB1E with BIG TYPHOON - comes to 200 bucks

asrock dual sata-2 mobo - 70 bucks (I like that it has a future CPU port)

Tsunami Case (with window the silver colored one) - 100 bucks

PSU is gonna be that Ultra 500 watt - 10 bucks

1 GB (2x512) dual channel PNY Verto Gaming Ram (DDR600) 2.5-4-4-8 - 140 bucks

250GB Internal HD (Prolly WD) - 80 bucks

HIS X1800GTO Pci-E vid card - 180 bucks

I really hate Intel and I'm sure AMD will come out with sumthing better then conroe, so im sticking with 939 for now and later i can buy the sister board that goes in the future cpu port to upgrade to am2 or am3. what do u guys think?

I highly suggest AM2 mobo. I read that AM3 cpus will work on AM2, so you'll be able to fit the K8L on it! DDR2 is getting quite interesting. I read some nice article on Kingston HyperX 2GB kits on DDR2 fields, getting close to 10GB/s transfer rate in sandra benchmark (compared to 3GB with your SIS 755 )

I'm waiting for Sapphire X1800GTO2 personally, it'll be quite the deal. 250GB, I've got a WD 250 GB with 16MB cache, it's silent and doesn't heat up much compared to many others. Be careful with PSU, opt for the expensive ones and save your mobo from wear and tear (capacitors mostly).

Probably about $500, maybe more if you don't go on "the bay" - some people don't know much so you can work them into a sweeter deal ...

thanks alot for ur input man. i HATE my SIS 755 lol, i can barely oc on it, its got no agp lock. on my other MSI (turned out to be defective), i got this proc up to 2.6 stock volts . the thing that i hate about ddr2 is that even though theres way more bandwith the timings are twice as slow, so the net gain isnt really that much (at least thats what my understanding is). and when is that x1800gto2 comin out? sounds pretty sweet.

I too would have to say $450-500 with no monitor and maybe $600-625 with the LCD. PC parts prices have dropped MAJOR lately. I spent about 3K on my rig and I doubt I'd even see $1500 in an auction.......

Well, in my opinion, the conclusion to this is not what you THINK you could fetch, but what someone is willing to pay for it . Some people would pay $900 or more, while others would pay $500 at the most. Start an auction and see what happens if you really want to sell it...or find someone who's looking for a system and make an offer lol. The best way to find out how much your system is worth is to go to www.cyberpowerinc.com or some system builder and configure a system like yours, and see how much they think it's worth. Then take some of the price off because it's used.
