What would cause this?

Faulty memory on the card?

System Specs

You pushed it to far while overclocking I think. Did it come like this?

I have seen that a few times. It's a broken pipeline... The card is fu**ed...

Thanks for being to the point v-zero

What would cause the pipeling to break?

Usually it takes more than just overclocking, and it may have been a poorly made card/die... However, bios flashing (wrongly) and overheating are far more common causes. I would RMA that if it is still under warranty...
