I used to be very enthusiastic about it back in 2001 when they showcased the new Duke with Unreal Engine 1.5 at that time. And it felt awesome. 10 years later, it's just another FPS game.

Meh, no biggie. When a games getting this close to going gold, and it gets a small delay like that, it doesn't mean much. Just means that instead of making it a month ahead, they now have an extra month to patch some stuff before going gold. It's been a long wait, a month is worth some bug fixes.
