Testing psu?

hey wassup every1 is there any way of testing a psu to see if its working to it full potential or software to determining how much it suppose to be giving?Dieing?

Not really

http://www.ocbase.com/perestroika_en/index.php?Download - occt has a psu test but all it does is run all the tests at the same time to try to overload it
