[WTB][US] $600 Budget build for a friend

Here's the deal, some friends and I are wanting to put together a computer for a good friend of ours who is completely computer illiterate and less fortunate. I don't even want to get into what he has right now but its having a lot of problems so we are just going to start from scratch and build a nice PC to play BC2 and maybe BF3 when it comes out.

Our requirements :

HD 5830/GTX 460 or better
Decent LGA1156 motherboard
4Gb minimum DDR3
600W or better good brand PSU

Also my heatware is under boomstik360 100% feedback

I will need to get everything lined up to buy all at once. Unless its something we can't pass up.

How about a Gigabyte GA-880GM-UD2H, Athlon II 245, 4gb Crucial Ballistix DDR3 1600, Seagate SATA II 250gb drive, Diamond HD4870, Ultra Xconnect 2 550 watt modular power supply, Asus 24X DVD RW, and a Thermaltake Armor A30 modular LAN Gaming case?

Ok now my friend donated his i5 750 to the build so we are looking for a decent 1156 board!

Everything but GPU has been found. Did some decent shopping and have up to $280 to pay for a GPU.
