Shader unlock on non-reference XFX 6950 - Page 3

i have the same issue on my sapphire 6950 OC edition ( came with dirt 3)
this card got 2 switch on it. i tried to flash with the switch away from Crossfire. tried RBE, winflash and DOS mode ATIflash. all flash claim success but still see 1408 shader. also tried reinstall drive it didnt work either.

I was thinking to tried flash bios by pushing the switch toward inner of the card( against crossfire connector)

do you guys recommended this method?

Sorry to bump an older thread but I have a XFX 695X 2gb CNFC and I'm wondering if there is anyone who has any any success with fashing this specific card??

Some people said they could, others said they couldn't.
