Why does that card have 256Mb anyway?

marketing ploy... we are fascinated by BIG numbers

btw, you can use Futuremark's ORB to compare your results with others that have similar hardware.

Just for comparison, a 9800PRO does 6k~7k depending on clocks, so I'm not surprised you get that score for a 9200. Your CPU prob pushed that score up a bit. If you're on a 32bit processor, I doubt you can get into the 1k mark

You'll need to check with Ati or your manufacturer to find out the specs for your card and to see if the clock speeds match up. As for the artifacts, if your card is OCed, try turning it down a notch or invest in better cooling. I wud really just hold back on the OCing or the cooling as no matter how much you push that card, it wont matter much performance wise in games.
