Buying A Hardcore Gaming Rig???

I am gonna buy following rig:

MOBO---- M4A88T-M

Graphics card----- Sapphire Radeon HD 6850

RAM---- 4GB DDR3

Processor----- Phenom II x4 965

PSU---- Cooler MAster Extreme Power 650 W

I want to know whether my PC will last more than 5 years???

Is it worth buying??

System Specs

Definitely won't last 5 years. It's a micro act board with onboard video and only 1 pci-e so no option for future crossfire. For that much, seems like you won't be content long.

System Specs

It's a decent system, but for $900 you could build a better one. The 6850 definitely should be changed if you plan to game a lot and if you overclock the 965 you should have a good rig on your hands.

I wouldn't call it a hardcore gaming rig either. It is solid though and you should be happy with its performance for 2 years.

5 years? No. Hardcore? No.

Hardcore in my book is dual/tri graphics card, 12-24gb of ram, i7 960, or 970x or even 980x, rampage III, etc.
$900 is also a bit to much in my opinion.
