System Specs

Phenom II X6 overclock.

Hows the voltage and what not on my 4GHz overclock?, i tried 1.42v, 1.45v and also 1.48v but i kept getting BSOD's. Im sitting at 1.5v now and it's been running fine.

System Specs

What are you asking exactly? First you should drop the multiplier on your HT link so it's more around 2000mhz. I assume your CPU/NB (IMC) is running around 2860mhz as well. You may be able to lower your CPU voltage and raise yoru CPU/NB voltage instead. Lets see some figures for the rest of your system (RAM, NB, etc.)

Just asking in general how the numbers look overall and maybe what others have gotten, thanks for the advice.

System Specs

RAM looks slow. See if you can get lower timings out of it. Before that though, find out what your CPU/NB volts are at.

HT:1.20v


My standard memory timings are 7-7-7-20 @1333MHz

No no no. CPU/NB voltage. You would also be better off running at 7-7-7-20 @ 1333mhz.

Yikes! That's pretty high for 2800mhz. Try 1.3v

Ok, so i lowered the CPU/NB to 1.3v and i set my NB frequency to 2002Mhz

I have my CPU voltage at 1.488v

Leave the nb at 2800. It's the HT link you want at 2000.

Update: Ambient temps around me hit are hitting 88f-90f, im going to back down to 3.6GHz till it cools off a bit down here in Virginia.

once your NB passes 2600, 1600MHz ram becomes worth it. just an FYI.
