Firefox 5 Beta

What is this? I'm all for pressing ahead with innovation and updates, but I just installed Firefox 4:

They're using bigger number jumps is all.

Instead of 4.01a 4.01b etc they're going from 4 to 4.5 to 5 or something.

but FF4 is hella slow so i decide to move to 5, the 5 version so far run pretty well

I think that what pr0n Inspector meant was a stopping point in development for the software. Like: "Ho guys, this is it for this version. No more coding and tweaking until we start making the next version".

i m using chrome and firefox 3.6 lol didnt like firefox 4 at all!

i think chromes alright, runs really smooth and its really light

I read something about a new tracking prevention feature, but you're probably right, although I do expect other improvements to warrant the use of 5.0 rather than 4.X.

Firefox 4 accepts much more plug-ins
The firefox 5 is still beta and it cannot be the release of it for a lot of time
