OCGenie questions.
Ok so basically I have my CPU OC'd to 3.6GHz. A light overclock to not strain my chip or board.
Last night I was bored and I started tweaking around with my settings on my 890FXA-GD70 using the OCGenie knob. I got it to about 4GHz pretty easily with no temp increase. But Coretemp still came up saying 3.6GHz, but CPUz said it was at a solid 4GHz. So I slowly toned down the genie back to my 3.664GHz and now my bios says 4GHz.... Hmm Ideas? |
