OC Cpu Cooler

I have a intel heatsink and I need a new one. Cpu is Core2 Duo E8500 (now OC to 3,16GHz - don't ask) and I'm going to OC it to 3,6GHz at first (maybe more later). What I want to know is, what kind of heat sink would be enough. I was thinking about
COOLER MASTER Hyper TX3 RR-910-HTX3-G1 "Heatpipe D...
or
COOLER MASTER V8 RR-UV8-XBU1-GP 120mm Rifle CPU Co...
I think the first one is ok for me, but will it still work if I OC my CPU to 4,3GHz?
IDLE: 43°C
LOAD (on regular basis): 64°C
LOAD (intel burn test): 74°C after 20 sec

I would go with the V8 . You don't want to be smacking you forehead saying " I could have had a V8 " !

Why not go for something a little more performance oriented? The V8 looks neat but it's not the best cooler in the world. I'm sure one of the guys who has a prolimatech/noctua/etc will be chiming in any moment. I have a noctua D14 cooler, but I haven't used it in a while. I know it crushes the CM V8 though.

I know what you mean but there is a little bit of money problem and shop problem. I know only one shop that has any Noctuas. The store where I am buying has only V8 and TX3 (I'm buying something else as well) and ther in no other store near or far away.

The V8 should be better than the TX3, but ask for a Hyper 212+. It's $25 USD and excellent preformance.

Depending on how you use your overclock you could get away with the TX3, but it is a cheaper alternative. The TX3 is a push-pin system that may not have as good as contact as the V8, plus it's a smaller 92mm fan setup.

I've had the TX3 and it didn't cool as well as I had hoped. Do what mlee49 says and get the Hyper 212+.

Get the new Corsair H100 if you have room for a 240 rad. The V8 is better than the other option though if you can only choose from those 2.

I'll see what I can do. I'll go to the store where I bought my computer and try to ask them to get a Noctua NH-C12P or NH-U9B. If that won't be possible I'll go with the Cooler master TX3, because in about 3 years or more I'll be changing to water cooling any way.
P.S.Yeah.. went over online stores and had no luck

Where do you live exactly? Why is it you can only buy parts from one store? You should be able to order any item you want online unless you're in a 3rd world country.

why would you cycle 20km?

if somethings more then 20 miles away i take the train...
if somethings less then 2 miles away i walk
in between is the car...

guess its different in slovenia, if you go anywhere with a bike in england it will be either stolen or if you leave a bike lock on it it will have both wheels missing...

can't you order online?
