CL6 vs CL7?

G.SKILL PI Series 6GB (3 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM...

G.SKILL PI 6GB (3 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1...

between the 2 memory kits above. Does the extra $35 for the CL6 kit justify the difference in performance. It seems that the CL7 could probably do CL6 if the voltage was raised to 1.6. Im just wondering because doesnt seem like $35 would be with the CL6 upgrade.

Exactly @1.6 volts both kits are essentially identical. Only the XMP profile is different but your a computer guy you'll save $35 and manually set the settings.
