How to watercool?

I have heard it for years but still i don't know how to do it.
But I guess you have to use pumps, radiators, tubes, etc.
the problem is, I don't know how. I have read a few blogs and watched a few vids about it but it was taken years ago and i guess technology have updated.

What exactly do I need to buy and do for watercooling?

also, if I buy h70, or other corsair coolers, do i still need raadiators, pumps, etc?
