Um, are you trying to flash a 5750 with a 6750 BIOS?

Yes it is possible as long as all the right things are in place.

I strongly suggest you don't. The only time I've ever heard of cards being flashed to later model ones are the 8800s, 9800s and GTS 250. And that's because they use identical GPU cores.

It is possible but the bios needs a identical "Device id 1002-68BE" configuration as well as same layout as the board your reflashing.

Done loads of Nvidia cards and a few ATI older ones.

All ATI/AMD have done is rewritten the bios string for the older cards 5750 and 5770
which are now 6750 and 6770 with a few tweaks on Core and memory....

Thank you for this but it does not meet the requiremnet i am looking for

This Bios you provided is for the single dvi ported Sapphire my xfx 5750 is dual dvi ported.
