Crucial is so disappointing

So i bought a 64gb for $64 back in november last year and it died in a couple months. I called in saying that they unit doesn't last long enough since refurbs should at least last an amount of time before failing. So i brought my problem up to the manager and she allowed me to do an upgrade to a newer model: c300 64gb at the cost of another 60 bucks and credit the one that failed upon the new purchase. NO WHERE in her whole conversation with me did she mention that the new unit will be a refurb as well. I did not find out till several months later when the product died again, where I took the SSD out and saw on the back of it is labeled "refurbished"! I checked the bill and nothing on there says that its a refurb, no where on the box does it say either. I called up the customer support again, and they send me to tech support several times, only telling me to update firmware (problem is the ssd wont even allow me to do that). I finally got a hold of the manager and shes trying to get me to back down. I was like HECK NO. she says that I should know that their refurb don't last long since theres only a 30 day <<< wow so their products are not fully checked? they are low quality unless you pay premium for a brand new non refurb? so much for memory experts. Then she goes on to say how the first manager I talked to should have informed me of the c300 being refurbed, however it was not and i told her to listen to the recording (she didn't want to, wonder why). Finally she says that she will refund me all my money back, and that if I purchase anymore refurb from them, they will not refund anymore, so i said why would i want to do that??

i bought both directly from Crucial. in a sense yes, cuz they would not refund me the first time since it was out of their 30 day warranty. and so they gave me store credit towards the newer model.

indeed they suck. never gonna buy anything from them. or put any of this crap in my friends builds. I had problems with their ram too had to RMA. and those weren't refurbs.

not sure about ram, but I haven't had ram problems before just so happens that their ram died and I had to RMA. but ssd for sure is horrible.

so i called again and i said according to newegg the duration of a drive is around 1,200,000 hours. the manager said "we have nothing to do with newegg I don't know how they got those numbers" what he was indicating was the drive was not supposed to last even close to that. now i'm waiting for him to speak to his boss tomorrow morning and get a phone call back. I really like to see what they will do in terms of compensation on top of my full refund.
