You can do picture in picture via HDMI with TV's that support it. What TV are you using?

There are other ways to achieve the end goal, but not that many ways to do PiP. You could always get a wireless graphics card that has the wifi hdmi connectors. It lets you wirelessly transmit nice digital signal really far.

What exactly do you need to watch for via picture in picture on your monitor via TV? Are you doing stock/forex ? What requires the constant watching? There might be a better solution if you give more info.

That is not enough information at all. So now all you want to do is watch videos in the room that's 100feet away from your computer? That's easy. There are so many different ways you can achieve that. Over HDMI extended all the way ( might need a repeater or booster. not sure. it's a digital signal) or wireless. You can put a dumb media box in there and run cat5e or wifi signal to it and stream movies off of your computer, you can stream to a ps3, etc, etc.

You need to research or start typing out EXACTLY what you want to do and how. There are just too many options, and you're not giving enough detail. If you want people to help you, help them.

I have my condo wired up completely because I despise wireless. I have HDMI running through 3 walls, and cat5e/cat6 running through several walls and the ceiling. We have false ceilings that are empty so you can run all kinds of stuff up in there. My main switch is up there in between two rooms in the ceiling. Nothing beats being completely wired.
