it helps when you post what you have but a rule of thumb is when temps break 60-65 it is time to stop on the cpu; graphics cards on the other hand if it is nvidia idle 75 load 85 ati no more than 90 this is not a rule for oc'ing worldwide but it has worked for my no dead part from oc'ing btw you do know how to reset cmos after you oc to high right?

My CPU idles at 25-27 degrees, and loads at 34...GPU idles at 38, loads at ~50. All Celsius.

Btw, your comp might not be stable at the beginning, depending on RAM and stuff. Mine wasn't, but when I tweaked everything on the DRAM settings, it was all good.

my x2's idling at around 39C, 50C load.
gfx 7900gt @ 45C idle, 60C load atitool.

i'd be worried if my gfx card got up to 90C. not a good thing. personally, i'm not too comfortable with anything above 70C gfx, 60C cpu.

i also heard somewhere that for every 10C cooler your components are, the lifespan of the component doubles. but i could be wrong.
