...which has been around since the pentium d just about. ive seen some modded drivers out there for the gma950 and a lot of folks are reporting things such as playing fallout 3 (prob with a desktop cpu) i think the forum was "9xxssf", google will find it.

System Specs

I'm using those as wsell though modded drivers don't change the fact that GMA950 has a crappy SM2.0 support (no TnL) and that it doesn't support SM3.0 at all. Most of even indie games require SM3.0 and HW TnL as minimum.
