System Specs

Welcome to TPU!

Could you please give your full system specs?
Also, you might want to check and make sure you're running the latest drivers. And if this card is an upgrade, make sure you uninstalled the old drivers. they could be causing conflicts.

Does your motherboard support AGP 8X, or AGP 4X?

This is problem because X850 cards requires more power (min. 350W). Start with changing ofthe PS (even for a test) or test the card on other PC just to be sure what is the problem.

Test it on another PC. Is your card unlocked to 16 pipes?
