New CPU in Mobo

Would AMD Phenom II X4 980 Black Edition Deneb 3.7GHz (AMD Phenom II X4 980 Black Edition Deneb 3.7GHz 4 ...) Work in theM4A78T-E mobo (http://www.asus.com/Motherboards/AMD...specifications) to full capacity?
