5870 Crossfire

Now with Battlefield 3 out I'm thinking about getting another 5870 to Crossfire it.
I can't buy them new anymore so I'm looking for one used.
Does it have to be the same one I have now?
Can I use a different brand?
Seeing how I can't buy a 5870 new can I Crossfire it with a 6950/6970?

Try to get the same kind. If it's a reference model, brand shouldn't matter as long as it's another reference model.

You can crossfire it with any brand of 5870, but not the 6000 series.
