PC Gameplay Video Capture (Hardware)
Anyone here uses Hardware to capture their gameplay videos? I'm looking for something that I can use without the need for another computer.
Something along the lines of me splitting one of my monitors that will then go to the capture card. Most of the capture cards that I'm seeing right now are for XBox and PS3. |

FRAPS and MSi Afterburner (latest beta and free!) captures gameplay videos without needing additional hardware (just a decently fast multi core processor and a decently fast hard drive is good for faster recording)

Software capturing really shouldnt do that much of a performance hit on a above average computer.. Which if u plan on making videos you should have something that runs at max setting smooth to begin with.

The chat program Xfire has a nice video capture feature as well.
