Which P67 Motherboard?

At the moment I'm using amd but thinking of switching to Intel i5 2500k, GTX 560ti route.
I have a budget of £110 for the motherboard but don't know which to choose because there's so much choice, I'll be using it for mainly gaming and maybe light overclocking.
If someone could help, it would be much appreciated!

P67 chipset and more than 4 phases on the CPU VRM should be what you are looking for.
If your budget allowed for a little more, I'd would recommend a Z68 chipset board.
I apologize, for I cannot narrow it down for you, since I'm not familiarized with UK's prices.

Is the Z68 chipset that much difference in features and performance?

Well, the Z68 chipset allows you to use the processor's integrated graphics card along with the discrete graphics card (nVidia or ATi), depending on the application's needs. Along with that, there is a function that will enable you to use a SSD as a fast, larger cache/buffer for regular HDDs (enabling a faster storage unit). And there's the compatibility with Ivy Bridge, although P67 also has that. Some Z68 boards already come with PCi-e 3.0 x16 slots, for when Ivy Bridge arrives, to take advantage of yet to come graphics technology (higher bandwidth).
But this is only worth it if your are going to use it and given that your budget is what it is, I think a P67 board would suffice.

Sorry that I can't look up prices in your area but I would recommend an Asus board and based on your price range you might be able to find a nice Sabertooth board.
