System Specs

Looking for AMD (Brazos/Llano) APU performance

Not so much a "system builder" thingy but I'm looking for a laptop to replace my (mini-itx) desktop.
With the current generation of AMD's APU's, I'm wondering if those will cover the gaming part of my requirements. Unfortunately, Google returns me very little actual gaming reviews for these chips, so it's pretty hard for me, being a laptop n00b, to get a good look on how they will perform. So, I turn to TPU.

I need a ballpark, or even better, real gaming tests, to see how these APU's perform. So, to get a general idea, here's a small list.

What APU do I need to be able to play the following (medium-low settings are ok):
- League of Legends (should run on a lawnmower, but unfortunately bugs on my netbook)
- UT2004 (well, this should be easy peasy)
- Mass Effect (should be easy)
- GRID (should be relatively easy)
and, some slightly newer games:
- Splinter Cell: Conviction (medium)
- Dirt 2 (this could get harder, low settings are acceptable)
- F1 2011 (Same as Dirt 2 basically)
- Portal 2 (Medium)
- MW2 (Medium)
