yep it doesnt make them look like the nice "family" computer supplier anymore does it, more like a bunch of bullies, especially when the ipad sales are dominating, it was not even necessary was it? to sue samsung.

Seriously, what's with all the Microsoft hate? The fact of the matter is, they do a damn good job of what they do. People say Windows is too expensive, but until Snow Leopard was released Apple charged the same as Microsoft.

The Xbox 360 is a damn fine piece of hardware and the fact that Microsoft sold it at a loss (despite having to shorten the development cycle after nVIDIA refused to make any more GPUs for the original Xbox) was a decent thing for them to do. I just wish Apple would take a leaf out of Microsoft's book on occasion and sell their products at a loss to begin with; not like it would hurt their pocketbook to do it.

Obvious troll is obvious. Have you even used an iPad/iPhone? Do you realize they are among the top dogs in their field for damn good reasons? And that if you want an equal phone`/tablet you have to pay just as much money? And "blatantly better"? WTF does that even mean?
