Uhm, no.

The HD 5770 has:
SPECIFICATIONS

Three display outputs, DVI, HDMI and miniDisplayPort (the HD 6770 added support for HDMI 1.4a)
Dual Crossfire connector for 4 cards max
The reference PCB has eight GDDR5 memory chips with a 128-bit memory interface
Single 6-pin PCI-E power connector
Around 130 Watts power consumption

Besides, the HD 5770 is a 40nm Juniper-XT core and the HD 7770 is a 28nm Cape Verde XT (Graphics Core Next Gen). Also, the HD 7770 is supposed be a PCI-e 3.0 card, while the HD 5770 was/is a PCI-e 2.1 card.

I see a lot of differences. It's not a rebrand.

I was really hope this chip and not need a 6-pin, but that does kill it for OC'n.
Might still be that they skip the 7750 (do we really need it?) and just release this 28Nm (cutback) as the 7670 maintaning the chip to 75W, for those that have and OEM box and quality 300-350W PSU.
