No sir you will not be able to water cool that with a normal 570 water block.
I tried looking it up under EK's waterblock configuration tool. It is not one of the listed part numbers. A reference 570 or even the 570 "HD" revision (EVGA), use two different water blocks. If you are looking to water cool, check this for reference: http://www.coolingconfigurator.com/ If EK makes a block for it, good chance another vendor does too... (Danger Den, Phobya, Heatkiller, Koolance, etc.)
