Anyone have BIOS for Quadro FX 3700? (8800GT mod)

I just picked up a dirt cheap Nvidia Reference 8800GT that I am going to try and modify into a Quadro.

Any tips?

This is the BIOS I used to flash an 8800GT to a FX3700 long while ago. I think it was just as simple as flashing the card just like flashing any other nVidia BIOS.

You might want to use nibitor to edit the clock speeds though, as this BIOS has the clock speeds set at 675/1600/975.

Is doing that legal?

That was fast. You are awesome.

Nvidia blocked this on later cards, but it should work for this. If I can pull this off, I'll have made an Quadro FX-3700 from a salvaged 8800GT :toast:

Having difficulty getting a DOS boot disk to work. Ordered another flash drive and hopefully it clears up the issue. 8800GT runs hella hot and noisy so I installed the MK13 I had laying on my shelf. It looks pretty badass now and the huge heat sink seems to be soaking the heat pretty well. I'll just have to find some thin 92mm fans to strap on it.

Curious. What Quadro driver version do you think I should try first? Newest?

It worked!
