Wow. Someone sure jumped the gun. SOPA hasn't been approved yet and here we have some company thinking they can sue everyone who merely mention the name of their product even if it does provide some free advertisement.

Hopefully it stays dead. I hope it's not like of those movie villains/monsters that tend to suddenly come back alive near the end of the movie or in the sequels even though you've emptied a .50 cal on him, burn him and threw him into sun.
