msi gtx570 twin frozr III broken ?

Hi all,
i have a gtx570 twin frozr III and i think i have THE most crappy models of all.
in gpu-z the texture fillrate is said to be 23.1Gpixels/s, while other gtx570 (any subvendors)
are around 30 Gpixels/s with default clocks of 770 /1540/2000.
and even with clocks set to 850/1700/2000 it only gives me a Texture fillrate of 25.5Gpixels/s
the gtx570 reference board with a clock of 732/1464/950 has a Texture fillrate of 29.1

im using gpu-z 0.5.7 wich is the latest build in my knowlegde...
here is a screen with default clocks

and here the screen with clocks set @ 850/1700/2000

the only thing i haven't tried is a previous driver version, but 290.53 is supposed to be the latest, so i think the most stable one.

this happend when i refreshed the thermal paste on the gpu. *Temps dont exceed 55°c now* thats the only +1.
i've had no crashes or anything.. just the above probs.

please help its driving me insane

It's a GPU-Z bug, i have the same card as you and according to GPU-Z 0.5.7 i have 23.1 GPixels/s, but according to GPU-Z 0.5.5 i have 30.8 GPixels/s.

lol nervermind.. i discoverd that if i use gpu-z 0.5.5 it displays the texture fillrate correctly.

so it seems i stumbled across a bug in gpu-z, where can i report this ?

W1zzard already commented on this in a previous thread. GPUz releases prior to 0.5.7 calculated the fill rate incorrectly on Fermi cards. W1zzard was notified and made the adjustments- the lower fill rate is correct. If you want the technical details you can view them in the thread below- which was made in the GPUz subforum where any future issues or GPUz related questions should be posted for W1z to investigate.

There is no problem- it has already been solved. The fill rate was being reported higher than it should've been in older versions. The new releases have been corrected to show the actual theoretical max fill rate which is lower. The bug was that the fillrate was too high, now it is correct.
