Man it sure sucks that you have to pay for this BM to use the 64bit benchmark! I wish they would give you a free trial of that!

seems fine, i just upgraded from a very similar system as yours. q9550 @ 4.1ghz. and to be honest, sure games run a bit faster, and my benchmark scores are alot higher. but the overall feel isn't much faster, and i'm @ 5.0 on a sandy.

i know alot have moved on and 775 is a bit dated, but the last few releases of hardware on 775 were great. you should be fine until new consoles are released on the gaming side of things.

Yeah I would gladly trade a Bulldozer for this setup!! But it is nice. I have no problems at all with it. I know it is old but with no real job ( Odd jobs at best ) I can not afford an upgrade.
