A highly integrated SoC, like Exynos 4210 will be cheaper to implement, because it has HDMI,TV-out, USB, Wi-Fi, SATA and Enternet already onboard - no need for additional ASICs, only few inexpensive analog chips. Also Exynos 4210 has far more potent dual-core CPU, GPU and Audio/Video DSPs. Max TDP for Exynos is 50% lower too.
