D-Link DIR-615 Port Check Connection timed out
one of my friends has bought a D-Link DIR-615 router, i have uninstalled his Avast, disabled Windows 7 Firewall and Routers firewall but no matter what i do, even in virtual server fan, port forwarding and application rules i have oped ports in, but still not connectable.
he got the same fibernet isp as me, with no software in their fibernet box. i have tried port 49551 and his pc got non-static ip i made so his ip don't change by itself. so what do i do wrong here? i have checked with http://www.canyouseeme.org/
