Disassembled MBs photos request

Where can I find photos of MBs disassembled?
I need photos of GA-965P-DQ6 and DS4 without heatsinks in particular.

What are you looking for, might I ask? Perhaps I can point you in the right direction.

I am looking for some images of the CPU power system. I have DS4 rev3.3 and dead DQ6 rev1.0 and I would like to move the additional "phases" from DQ6 to DS4.

It might not be that simple. If you have both boards, and VRM uses same controller and components, you can just move parts form one to the other I suppose, but that's not easy work. It's easier to cut VRM section out of dead board(inlcuding power input and output) and solder into existing DS4 power inputs, like what the EVGA "Untouchables" board offers:

>It might not be that simple.
Yeah man I know. But I hope also.

>you can just move parts form one to the other I suppose
So I do and that's why I hope.

Interesting point of view. I will still search for the way to somehow save the DQ6.

If you have both, remove the VRM heatsinks, as post pictures. You can host pictures(up to 2MB size) here:

I'm not saying I can help ya here, but, well, it couldn't hurt.

you are a brave man delving into the world of cutting traces and reattaching them and making sure you don't explode your 250 dollar cpu < if done incorrectly you will fry everything OR worse start a fire
just buy a new motherboard lga 775 is dead so you can find a replacement board better then your Dq6 for less

P.S. I've got DS4 for ~$16 because the previous owner thought it was damaged. I just did some minor magic and it worked like new. I've got DQ6 with the CNPS9500 for $33. Old hardware is pretty cheap if you want how to get it and are not afraid of minor issues.

The funny thing this is just a half of the work I did, the other sample was discarded.

OMG, I just tore apart a dead DQ6 two weeks ago. All I have left are the copper heatsinks.

I want to first find the pics and then do something more if I will see the PBC's are compatible. I do not want to disturb my new awesome mobo.
