TP-LINK Introduces the N600 Wireless Dual Band USB Adapter

TP-LINK, a global provider of networking products, today announced its new Wireless Dual Band USB Adapter, enabling users to instantly add a 5 GHz upgrade to their notebook or desktop computer without disrupting the existing network. With wireless speeds of up to 300 Mbps at 2.4G Hz and at 5 GHz, this dual band USB adapter is the best companion when upgrading PC or laptop wireless capabilities, specifically when using the 5 GHz band to avoid potential interference over the 2.4 GHz band.

Due to a variety of devices in the home or office operating on the 2.4 GHz band - such as cordless phones, microwaves, automatic garage door openers, Bluetooth devices, and especially neighboring wireless networks - the likelihood of wireless interference is unavoidable. Setting up a network on the 5 GHz band gives users access to an entire range of free channels to transmit data, stream HD movies, and play online games, while utilizing the 2.4 GHz band to increase the PC's versatility and ensure the stability of latency-sensitive applications. By utilizing dual band technology, interference is avoided, ensuring top speeds and the greatest range for hassle-free connection flexibility. Easy wireless security encryption at the push of the WPS button will get users up and running fast.

"Our Wireless Dual Band USB Adapter not only utilizes a clear 5 GHz band, it offers the most reliable wireless experience when upgrading notebooks or desktop computers," said Richard Xu, Vice President of TP-LINK USA. "We are pleased to offer an exceptional option to meet the market demand at a competitive price point."
