Sapphire 7850 OC vs Normal Edition

I'm looking at purchasing a Sapphire 7850 and probably as everyone else knows, they are quite difficult to get your hands on at the moment due to their price to performance ratio.

I've found it the normal Sapphire non OC edition avaliable on Amazon for $260..

http://www.amazon.com/Sapphire-Radeon-PCI-Express-Graphics-11200-00-20G/dp/B007JCNOZK

I was hoping to go with the OC version, hoping that it would be a better OCer as I'm hoping to get a good chip and with some voltage increase, hit 1200mhz stable on the core.

I'm tempted to just go for it and get the non OC version, but worried I won't have as much luck. NewEgg is out of both cards, and the OC is going for $320 on Amazon.

Would it be dumb to go for the non OC and hope to get 1200mhz, or should I hold out and get the OC version?

I mean won't the OC version have a higher bin and better chance of OCing - atleast to my understanding?

Also, the OC version has dual bios I believe - can anyone confirm?

If its Sapphire OC Edition --then it should come with Dual BIOS , 1 for factory 2 for overclocking.

I was a nub and forced flashed a 7970 Bios (`DOH!) and it got bricked. Luckily I had a backup. I am on BIOS 1 now @ 1120/1575 @ 1.12v and it works like a champ. However, on my OC bios I had 1250/1785 @ 1.25v...It was stable in some games--in others it would crash.
