Yeah I know it's a really low budget :P But I've picked up multiple 4850 512MB's for $30 shipped before on [H], OCN, and AT so hopefully I could find me something lower than a 4850(ie. 5570, 5450, 4830, 4670, 3850, 4770, etc).
