GTX 580 and Unigine poor score?

Hey guys I'm new to the forums here but I've been looking around for quite a while. I put together a new computer 3 months ago and I've been pretty happy with it, but I wanted to test everything on Unigine and compare scores to other people. I'm pretty disappointed when I compare my results to the results of others with older GPU / CPU etc. I don't know if I'm doing something wrong? Over reacting? I would appreciate some input to ease my mind.

i5 2500k 3.3ghz (3.7 turbo)
gtx 580 1.5gb
16 gb ddr3 ram
850 watt psu
windows 7 64 bit

Most noticeably replies like this...

126.3 fps and a score of 3182 compared to my first shot of 52.4 fps and score of 1321.

Can't be a bottleneck, I've got some pretty high end, decent equipment on this rig. Games are performing pretty well, but am I missing out on something? I'm not sure if I'm just being paranoid or maybe a problem? Thanks for any help. Would be appreciated.

Turn AA off and try it again.... you had it set to 4x on the 1st run and 8x on the 2nd run

Well I had set to 4 on the first run as kind of a default. The 2nd run is everything fully maxed out. Reviewing the 3rd picture of someone else, it looks like they may have had an SLI setup, which would explain the difference. But how about this picture?

Compare this picture to my first pic, options are fairly similar, same CPU, 560 ti vs 580. He beats me slightly but shouldn't 580 score better?

Okay I retested like you asked and here are my results compared to the closest build I could find.

I guess things look as they should? Maybe the SLI build scores threw me for a loop....

Looks a little closer... check W1zzard's reviews on the 580 for additional info.
