[WTB][US] Sandy i3 or Ivy i5 CPU + stock fan

Looking for an i5 Ivy Bridge CPU. 3450S is really what I have my eye set on. PM what you have and a price shipped. TPD needs to be low which is why I'm leaning to the S type Ivy Bridge or maybe a i3 2105/2120.

MUST HAVE THE STOCK CPU HEATSINK FAN.
