9100
hi!
ok, i have Club-3D Radeon 9100 128MB 250/250 is it possible somehow do set bios clock's higher from stock. let's say 270/270, so that i dont have do change those allways after win reinstall or after new drivers install. one way is probably make copy of bios, change clocks and flash it. or is there some better way ? |

That's how I'd do it but you can also set the frequencies you want as an ATiTool profile and set ATiTool to load on startup with that profile as your 2D / 3D default profile.

Its exactly the same provided you use the correct bios. You can either download one from this site with an advanced download and set the frequencies there or if you want to be sure the bios is exactly the same you can dump your bios with ATiTool and use Rabit to change the frequencies then reflash it with the edited bios. If you have the correct bios it will be exactly the same in terms of risk as regular overclocking.

You need ATiTool and RABiT if you want to use your existing bios (they're both pretty self-explanatory). Alternatively you can do an advanced download of a matching bios off this site which will let you change frequencies without any software (if there is one for your 9100). Then to flash you need to make a DOS boot disk and add flashrom (or another flashing utility) and the bios you want (with the correct frequencies).
This is the article from this site which tells you how to do the flash: http://www.techpowerup.com/articles/...ing/vidcard/34 -GoLLuM |

thats wierd, mine said something like 51840 bytes successfully saved to bios.bin. what version are you using? Maybe try a different one. this should be posted under the ATITool bugs list thing.
