Cheapest possible 1155 board with 8 phase vrm?

looking for cheap mainboard to run ivy bridge xeon on, doesnt need good sound, doesnt need good lan, doesnt need multiple videocards or overclocking capabilities.
Only need 8+2 or 8+4 phase vrm with vrm headsinks.

not easy to find info when looking at boards on newegg, from looking at mainboard layouts none of the B75 H77 boards have any 8 phase so i assume will have to step it up to Z77
