Have some patience please. Don't double post. Wait for an answer and it won't come immediately.

it looks like your nvidia driver isn't loading properly.

gpuz reads the default clocks from the bios, which is ok.

the card itself is detected properly in gpuz, too, because gpu name, revision and transistors are correct.

have you tried reinstlaling the nvidia driver?

Hi

Are your system spec's up to date? If Yes; have you uninstalled the ATI HD 3450?

Hi

Code 43

Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)
Recommended resolution

One of the drivers controlling the device notified the operating system that the device failed in some manner.

If you have already run the Troubleshooting Wizard, you might want to check the hardware documentation for more information about diagnosing the problem.

nb: I will ask once more, are you trying to run two VGA cards? one in AGP and one in PCIe as in your system specs

as you will see it needs to be set to PCI-E VGA

Edit: you will need to save changes and exit for them to take effect

Hi

Go here - http://www.ecs.com.tw/ECSWebSite/Dow...uID=61&LanID=8 select; Advanced Search for Downloads / enter Product Category [motherboard]- Product Name [Socket 775 (Intel)] - Model [PT880PRO-A]- Version [V1.0A] select Magnifying Glass - Select MANUAL [Download Site]

Read Manual for your motherboard pay special attention to Page 22

Name:	PT 880 PRO-A Page 22 .jpg
Views:	36
Size:	107.9 KB
ID:	47274

Note: The [NVIDIA GT 440 PCIe 2.0 compliant] is not on this list of supported and tested VGA cards

The PT 880 PRO-A is PCIE 1.0A compliant, this (may) be the issue!

Make sure you have the latest drivers for your motherboard installed

Uninstall the Nvidia Forceware drivers [ Follow this guide by erocker http://www.techpowerup.com/forums/sh...ad.php?t=52502 ]

power down your PC - remove the NVIDIA GT 440 from the motherboard and then reseat it (push it back in to the PCIe slot)

boot your PC and then reinstall the Nvidia Forceware Driver

i think the gt 440 its defected.i think the seller give me a broken card.

that card work the gt 440 dont.I WILL NEVER BUY A NVIDIA GRAPHIC CARD.THEY SUCK WITH THE DRIVERS AND DO NOT OFFER ANY SOLUTIONS OR HOTFIXES.

For law2.other my hd 3450 is compliant pci express 2.0 and working beautiful.

Not True Nvidia Drivers are among the best supported

you will need to look at the reviews for a compatible motherboard as the hardware you are running is not that up to date if you want compatibility - make sure it is x16 PCIe 2.0 compliant for VGA

Best of luck
