I think it's with any computer you bought after June 5th. We have this offer at Futureshop online. My colleague has an Asus Laptop with the Upgrade for 14.99$

So basically Win8 will cost Win7+15$. But since you wont use Win7 anyways, you actually pay +15$ for the OS. I love the Marketing!

The case is a Black NZXT Switch 810, yes they do look good in the flesh, a bit more refined than the white which can come across as plasticky.
