160€ worth?

hi
is a p4 3.2ghz, a asus p5s800 vm and 512mb ddr400 worth 160€

and wich mobo, cpu, and mem. sould be bought to replace this parts, at least 512mb memory and better than the first

System Specs

Well new here in the US that would be about $230 US, new. That motherboard has sis onboard video that is not as good as a lot of other onboard video and it is a SIS mainboard chipset. Some people like them. User reviews are mixed and I would say it is a below average board and well below Asus standards

CPUs, 1 6400+, FX 4170, FX 8350 and more older ones.
Mainboards, ABIT, ASRock, Asus, DFI, EPoX, Gigabyte, MSI.

Well the parts are still available, at least you know it works, many user reviews talked about DOA boards, but those with no problems performed well, but It depends on if you are selling or buying, I think that is a good price for the seller and when you consider that it is a working computer, with a case, PSU, HDD, and OS. yes it's worth it to buy.
