Examine the certificate to see if it looks legitimate. It should be VeriSign Class 3.

Have you gotten all the Windows Updates? One of them might fix the problem...

Try using Internet Explorer (and/or other browsers) and see if you get the same response.

If so, then try running some anti-virus and anti-malware.

EDIT:

Well, seems google chrome has an SSL issue and you are probably a victim of it:

Google > invalid certificates google chrome

Link to a thread about this: Invalid Server Certificate
And, a quote by a poster there:
Quote:
Ok guys, here is the workaround before they officially fix the problem...

It only happens to Windows 7 64. bit users apparently...

delete the file "chrome_shutdown_ms.txt" in "User Data" before start Chrome...

This file is created again when you shut it down. So that is why it only works until restart.
Don't ask, I don't use chrome, I am just relaying some info.
Good-luck... hope it helps.

2nd Edit:

Quote from poster in another thread:
Quote:
UPDATE: We just released an update to Chrome Stable, that includes the fix for this issue! If you are currently on 18.0.1025.151, please click on wrench > About Google Chrome > once the update ready, click the Relaunch button. The new version of Chrome Stable is 18.0.1025.152

Are you sure the date on your computer is correct? I've had a problem like this and it turned out my computer thought it was like 2100 or something.
