Tahiti XT to XT2 Bios Flash

I was wondering if its possible since, i have successfully flashed my 7970 to the GHz edition... but none of the drivers worked for it... then windows installed its "default" video driver and i have successfully had non-stop bsod on log-in, so long story short... i went back to XT1 but im intrigued by XT2 and still want to attempt it... any ideas?

FYI: i used the atiflash.exe method with usb windows 98 boot

The BIOSes are digitally signed, good luck getting around that

All mfg's are doing this now I think to avoid RMAs from users bricking cards after bad flash or modifying BIOSes

Tahiti 2 is just a better binned chip, nothing in the BIOS is going to magically make your chip better besides the clock speed.

Some people prefer to OC through the BIOS
