Yes, it is reference. 925mhz stock clock. It was one of the launch day cards.

I don't mind shipping to canada but shipping charges to canada are extra.

Yeah, like I said, customs clearance can add 30$ to the cost in which case would make the price `$450.

Seeinfg as it is used (and I can see the dust on it) the $100 savings might not be worth it when I can get a Sapphire 7970 Spanking new.
