According to Intel, 1333 is considered overclocking on E5520:

hmm in the bios it was allways on 1066 since my lates resets

Yeah, 1333 would be overclocking. E5520 will always default to 1066/800

-ECC unbuffered DIMMs (UDIMM ECC)
-Unbuffered DIMMs (UDIMM)

Not ECC registered...
Computer Hardware, Memory, Server Memory, 240-Pin...

Edit: One of the commenters on here is using ECC unbuffered in an SR-2 with two Xeon E5645. Unbuffered will also be slightly faster.
