The GT 630 appear to be a rename of the GT 430 (96 Shaders) with 50Mhz OC while less effective memory clock. The GT 640 is a GK-107 and that would be nice if it was a half-height, but would be a good HTPC card if you have the room.

A GT 650 on GK-107 why has that has not been indicated or even hinted to in reports and why it not happened as of yet? I mean the silicone and chips are in production, but they don’t even hint of offering it? Are they waiting to bin enough chip and have a hard time find enough good ones? They must be sell down GTX550 and "non-Ti" 560 stocks so they can have it not stealing sales? I suppose it would need to fall between those and still get then a price around $160. That where the 7770 is and $130, I just don’t see why they would wait 7770 are good plentiful and selling.

May be had a waited a extra day...
http://www.fudzilla.com/home/item/27...umours-show-up

If they can get 7750 performance (44% over a GT640 is right about in line what W1zzard indicates) while offer it for $30 more than a GT640 they'll still be behind. If they can do it with no 6-pin they'll have achieved parity (though after 7 months) while asking more for it.

Remember what W1zzarrd said about the price on the 7750 when it showed he said "Price too high to be competitive" what can be said about this?
